Terms and Conditions for Training Sessions, Coaching Sessions, Seminars, and Workshops
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all of our services, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
2. Offers
Our offers are subject to change. The contract is not considered concluded until we send a written order confirmation.
3. Pricing Information
All amounts listed are exclusive of sales tax, unless otherwise indicated. When invoicing, the statutory sales tax will be added to the amounts.
4. Terms of Payment and Late Payment Interest
Invoices for in-house events and coaching sessions are issued immediately after the event takes place. The invoice amount must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
Participation fees for open seminars are invoiced in advance and must be paid by the start of the event.
In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge late payment interest at a rate of 8% per annum.
The place of performance for all payment obligations of the contracting party is Vienna.
6. Cancellation Policy
If canceled
up to 30 days before the first day of training: free of charge
29 to 14 days before the start of training: 50% of the price
for cancellations after that: 100% of the price
7. Copyright
The working materials we provide are and remain our intellectual property. Any reproduction or other distribution or use of the material—including within the company—is subject to our written consent.
To avoid copyright disputes, recordings of any kind (video, photo, audio) of materials, the presentation, or individuals are permitted only with express permission.
8. Cancellations
If one of our training sessions, coaching sessions, seminars, or workshops is canceled due to the trainer’s illness, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events, Drexler + Traninger GmbH cannot be held liable for reimbursement of room rental, travel, or lodging expenses.
If the number of participants in public seminars is too low (less than half of the specified maximum number of participants), we reserve the right to cancel the event. In this case, participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.
9. Liability
Our training sessions, coaching sessions, seminars, and workshops constitute educational and consulting services, but do not constitute legal, tax, or business consulting. We assume no liability for specific financial results or decisions made based on the content provided.
The liability of Drexler + Traninger GmbH is—to the extent permitted by law—limited to cases of willful misconduct and gross negligence. Liability for lost profits, consequential damages, or purely financial losses is excluded.
10. Special Agreements
All agreements, subsequent amendments, additions, and collateral agreements must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
11. Choice of Law
Austrian law applies.
12. Place of jurisdiction
