Martin Traninger

Martin Traninger began his career in sales. After holding various positions in the media industry as a sales representative and sales manager, he began in the early 1990s to assist companies in the retail, industrial, and service sectors with the implementation of professional inbound and outbound telephone services for sales and customer service. He completed his training as a communications and sales trainer at PTP Managementtraining and earned a diploma as a certified hypnosis trainer and coach under Dr. Michael Werner. In addition, Martin Traninger is a certified DiSG® trainer, a certified life and social counselor/psychological counselor, and a Counselor grad. BVPPT, educational-therapeutic counselor. He has been working as a lecturer, seminar leader, trainer, and coach for service and sales communication since 1990, and has run his own company since 1994. During this time, he has personally led approximately 2,000 events and implemented projects for renowned national and international companies. His core expertise lies in optimizing customer communication in service and sales—whether over the phone, in face-to-face interactions, or via digital media.
Dr. Helene Drexler
Managing Partner
Dr. Helene Drexler earned her degree in psychology and education in Vienna. She began her career in market research at Fessel GfK, specializing in advertising research. Today, she works as a psychotherapist in private practice, while also maintaining an active schedule of lectures and seminars in adult education and team supervision. She teaches in the psychotherapy training program of the Society for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (GLE), gives guest lectures on psychotherapy methods at the University of Vienna’s medical school, serves as director of the GLE Institute in Vienna, and is chair of the board of GLE Austria.1999–present: Guest lectures at the Medical Faculty of the University of Vienna on methods of psychotherapy, 2002–2006: Director of Training at GLE–Austria; 2004–2008: Academic Director of the GLE/Promente Vienna preparatory course; 2004–present: Managing Director of Drexler + Traninger GmbH; 2006: Contributed to establishing the partnership between GLE-Ö and Sigmund Freud Private University; 2012: Publication of the book *Maskentanz* (Goldegg Verlag), Vienna; 2012–present: Certification Officer for continuing education programs at GLE-Ö; 2015: Founded and directed the GLE Institute Vienna; 2017–2022: Board member of GLE International; 2021–2025 Chair of the Board of GLE Austria.
