Depending on your needs, we combine modules such as opening a conversation and conversation management, active listening, questioning techniques, persuasive argumentation, handling objections, closing a sale (inbound & outbound), scheduling appointments, cross-selling, and the professional use of email, online presentations, or chat in the sales process.
Before the seminar, we'll hold an approximately 30-minute online consultation to tailor the content, examples, and key topics precisely to your industry and your specific communication situations.
As a live online training session via Zoom, as an in-person training session at your company or at a seminar hotel, or as on-the-job training directly at your team’s workstations.
The cost depends on the duration, format, number of participants, and venue. We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote that includes a transparent breakdown of all services.
Starting at one day. Online training sessions can be divided into compact modules, such as two-hour sessions. For on-the-job training, we provide at least one hour of training per employee.
For online training sessions, participants need a computer or laptop with a camera, microphone, speakers, or headset, as well as a stable internet connection. In-person training sessions require a suitable room, a flip chart, and enough seating for the group. For on-the-job training, we need the ability to listen in.
