Yes. We offer our seminars either online (via Zoom) or as in-person training at your location in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
We work with teams in customer service, sales, the call center, reception, the hotline, and the help desk, as well as with trainees and career changers.
A seminar day typically lasts 6–8 hours. Online training sessions can be flexibly divided into shorter modules (e.g., 2 hours).
Before each training session, we hold an approximately 30-minute online consultation to tailor the content and examples precisely to your needs.
